The objective of Dr. ZitelmannPB. GmbH is deliver above-average service performance to its clients. This calls for a corresponding working environment, highly motivated staff, and ambitious goals. The basis for an above-average performance is the corporate identity as service provider in a double sense of the term: Staff members of Dr. ZitelmannPB. GmbH are service providers vis-à-vis their clients as much as vis-à-vis journalists, colleagues and superiors.
All Dr. ZitelmannPB. GmbH staff are committed to this objective. In order to meet the mark we set for ourselves, we have adopted the following tenets:


Focus on Performance:

We cultivate a performance-driven, efficient, and effective work style. The objective is to achieve visible and quantifiable results for our clients. Client contentment has chief priority for us. It is inessential what time effort is involved in achieving this.


Creativity, Ideas:

More than anything else, our clients expect ideas from us. How successful somebody in our company is depends definitively on the number of ideas that person develops and implements. 


Honesty:

Both in in-house communications and when communicating with clients and business partners, honesty is of paramount importance. This includes admitting to mistakes one may have made.


Openness to Criticism:

Every one of our staff must be open to criticism and must in turn verbalise criticism – vis-à-vis fellow staff members, clients and superiors. It must always be about the issue at hand, and never about anybody’s feelings. We cultivate an open and critical dialogue with each other.


Reliability:

We not only seek to achieve the highest-possible quality. Each project needs to be completed on time to meet the agreed deadline. This applies not just vis-à-vis clients, but also goes for internal hand-offs. Senior and junior staff members are equally responsible for planning, communicating and implementing projects in such a manner that the set schedules can actually be kept. The following rule applies: In most cases, accepted assignments ought to be delivered well ahead of the agreed deadline, in a minority of cases they may be delivered by the due date, and in no case must they be delivered later.


Willingness to Help:

We will lend a helping hand both to clients and to fellow staff members and superiors. Extra work is spread fairly among several people, and is not delegated to just one person alone.


Curiosity, Continued Professional Development:

Taking an interest in the issue at hand and in continued personal training are the basis for sound professional achievements. Performance-driven work demands a high level of willingness to learn from any staff member of Dr. ZitelmannPB. GmbH, regardless of how long a person has been with the company. This means that we are steadily raising the level of our technical competences while enhancing our soft skills at the same time. This includes: Regularly taking internal and external training classes, attending sessions of the BERLINER IMMOBILIENRUNDE panel of real estate experts, and most notably reading specialist magazine and technical literature along with the dailies and weeklies of the financial and real estate press. It goes without saying that we fluently communicate in English – or else are in the process of acquiring the necessary language skills.


Team Orientation:

Our work approach is team-oriented. Naturally, achievements can by all means be the result of individual performance, too. Yet in order to achieve the optimal result for the client, all staff members who have profound and relevant knowhow in a given subject area or in regard to the client will be integrated into the respective project.


Partnership Spirit:

People who work long hours need a working environment in which they feel at home. This kind of ambience much be rooted in a partnership-like interaction. What sets us apart is that we will not tolerate animosities, intrigues, rumours, gossiping about the company or fellow staff, etc. People violating this policy has no place in the company, regardless of their merits otherwise.
