Strategy and Concept:

We will work out communication strategies and contents for your company within the framework of a capital market-oriented one-voice policy, then implement the same. This includes periodic reviews and updates of the equity story.
 

Communication in exceptional situations:

We will counsel your company in special, capital market-related situations – such as IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, or “going private” delistings – and will develop attendant communication strategies.
 

Capital market-related publications:

We will write copy for mandatory publications such as interim reports and ad-hoc communiqués as well as for corporate news and capital market-related press releases.
 

Capital market-related press work:

We will organise and facilitate press events, newsroom meetings and one-on-one interviews with finance and stock market journalists, and will prepare the necessary contents.
 

Statements of account:

We will conceptualise statements of account and compose the necessary copy.
 

Shareholder meetings:

We will support listed companies in the preparation of contents for their annual shareholder meetings, and compile presentations and key note manuscripts.
 

Road shows and conferences:

We will organise analyst and investor get-togethers as well as road shows, including the necessary preparation of contents (presentations, information material, among other things).
 

Analyses and surveys:

We will compile analyses and surveys of capital market-related corporate communications and their perception among the relevant (media) target groups.
 

Network of Analysts:

Once a quarter, we poll Germany’s leading real estate stock analysts. The results enter into the Dr. ZitelmannPB. Real Estate Stock Barometer, the sentiment indicator for the German real estate stock market.
