If any article of this Agreement turns out to be unenforceable, be it now or in the future, this shall not impair the effectiveness of the remainder of the Agreement. In that case, the place of the unenforceable article shall be taken by an effective article that comes closest to the commercially intended meaning and purpose of the unenforceable article within the parameters of the overall Agreement. The same goes for any unintentional regulatory gap in this Agreement.
